Guidelines for the use of Datastream

The following rules for students and staff address usage of the database Datastream (historical, financial and economic data) in the library:

• every morning for staff of the Faculty of Economics and Applied Economics
• for students in the library on the pc's with green desktop, every afternoon from 2 p.m. until closing time.

Please be courteous and log off when you have finished.
Students are recommended to reserve sessions of Datastream (e.g. at the desk of the library).
Seminars will take place at the library (BIBSEM2) on April 12 (introduction) and on 14 April (advanced), 2005 at 2 pm.
Please send a "reply" on the newsletter when attending the seminars.

Working papers World Bank on line @ SSRN

SRN's Economic Research Network announces that the World Bank will now post their working papers in SSRN's Government & Public Agency Research Paper Series. This new series enables Government & Public Agencies to disseminate their research worldwide and to encourage the exchange of ideas about development issues, governance, and their relation to the behavior and performance of banks, the structure of the U.S. banking system, and other national banking systems as well as the international banking system, and the interaction between financial institutions and the real economy.
