Elsevier and Open Access

Elsevier has made a deal with the Howard Hughes Medical Institute regarding Open Access.
The agreement will make author manuscripts of articles published in Elsevier and Cell Press journals available to the public (in PubMed Central) six months after publication. The conditions will be applied to articles published after September 1, 2007 on HHMI funded research.

New copy cards

March 12, 2007

From march 13th on, new copycards will be used. They are also valid in all the libraries of Human Sciences and BIBC. You can use your old card on the machine on level 00.

Infoday for students

March 12, 2007

On Saturday 17 March, an information day for future students will take place in the library. Therefore the library closes from Thursday 15 March 12:00 until Monday 19 March 12:00.

Survey opening hours

Regarding to a research conducted to analyse the library of FETEW, we have put together a survey about the opening hours of the library.
